The full information is at the link, but if you are interested in spending a couple of days seeing what this is like, you'll get a chance to participate in the Daily Office with the monks and then spend time with Father Charles as he works through the book,
The Spirituality of Imperfection. I overheard Father Charles mention that it has the best chapter on humility that he has ever read.
